1: iUC operates on the principle of Tensegrity:

a) “Tensegrity is the exhibited strength that results ‘when push and pull have a win-win relationship with each other’. Tension is continuous and compression discontinuous, such that continuous pull is balanced by equivalently discontinuous pushing forces. It is a synergy between co-existing pairs of fundamental physical laws; of push and pull, and compression and tension, or repulsion and attraction.”* Tensegrity is best illustrated through the shape of our logo, the triangle.

2.o: Implications of Tensegrity:

a) We will speak the truth with each other. We will speak our minds. We will hold true to our name. We will construct and deconstruct and rebuild. Although we may push and pull each other, we know that in the end tensegrity will hold us together and make us stronger. We will take criticism from our clients. We will criticize our clients, but never out of spite. It must be constructive criticism. We are iUnderConstruction.*

*Renovation and Demolition are constructive.

b) We will take and give constructive criticism but we will take nothing personally. We will move on; not hold grudges. We will not sue each other.
